I have been fortunate to work on a wide variety of projects over the years.  Two were voted DJC Top Projects due to the exceptional quality of the project team and the incredible facility we worked together to manifest.  Responsible for projects exceeding $100m in value.  Successful projects completed in the role of Owner's Representative, Construction Manager, Developer and Project Manager. Projects range in height including 1-story industrial, retail and office buildings, 2 to 4-story, class-A office buildings, 6-story metal framed and ICF mixed use tower, 4 story wood-framed hotel over post-tensioned parking structure, Metal building casino.  I have also designed, permitted and built a number of public roads, storm facilities and traffic signals.   Clientele includes contractors, developers, institutional and private investors.  Project types include new construction, redevelopment, seismic retrofit, historical renovation, rezone, master planning, site planning, wetland mitigation, development agreements and project management systems design and deployment.  What can I help you complete?

Hampton Inn & Suites

$25m, 5-Story Wood / Steel Framed over PT Deck, 152-room Full-service Hotel w/ Underground Parking, Food Service, Pool & Spa.  3 separate public street improvements with storm facilities.

3434 NE Sandy

$3m, 25,000 SF renovation project and seismic retrofit with new central bakery and restaurant for La Provence, courtyard and future lease spaces.

Prairie Oaks Apartments

$5m, 20,000 sf HUD mixed-use project with 30 affordable housing units.


Quil Ceda Creek Casino Preconstruction

Design coordination and TARO, GMP and TERO program coordination for $110m, 120,000 SF new casino with 1,250 machines, 1,200 space, 7-story parking structure in Tulalip, WA.


Breathe Building

$4m, 10,000 sf renovation.  Yoga studio, naturopath health clinic, childcare, full-service restaurant, rooftop terrace and extensive art throughout. 2015 DJC Top Project.


Kirkland Apartments

$4m, 18-unit HUD project in Renton, WA.  Modular construction with pervious site for zero run-off.

Birtcher Business Center - Vancouver

$100m master-planned Industrial Park, Performed annexation with Development Agreement, Rezone, Site plan, Constructed public roads and storm, wetland mitigation.


Birtcher Business Center at Townsend Way

$12m, 397,000 SF, 3ea. Concrete Tilt-up Distribution Buildings.  LEED Certified Silver.

AmberGlen Business Center

$150m Master Planned Business Center.  7ea Buildings Constructed, Tenant Improvements, Corporate Headquarters BTS, Public Roads, Signals and Infrastructure



Lane Redevelopment & Historic Renovation

$7m Historic renovation and seismic renovation of 1929 print shop.  New construction of 6 story retail and residential tower.  2008 DJC Top Project.
